PartnerTech Karlskoga AB is currently in an expansion phase and is looking for new employees.

The Role

We offer you a role with diverse, interesting, and stimulating tasks in a company that is facing an exciting future where your contribution will play an important role in our success. You will work alongside a friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated team, where the overall responsibility is to provide support to the operators with measurement results from the measuring machines.

Responsibilities:

  • You will analyze and evaluate measurement results and must be able to explain advanced measurement protocols so that appropriate corrective actions can be taken by the operator.
  • You ensure measurement results against production and inform relevant personnel of any deviations.
  • Your role also includes ensuring that the measuring equipment is calibrated and in good condition.
  • In the long run, you will program independently and understand that fixturing and rigging of the parts should be performed before measurements.
  • You have a good understanding of the importance of creating clear and understandable instructions for operators to perform measurements in the measuring machines based on these.

Your Profile

With your very good knowledge of production processes, measurement technology, reading drawings, and form and position, you will easily adapt to the tasks at our company. It is desirable that you have worked with Zeiss measuring machines and MAHR profile projectors or similar before. Additionally, experience with surface roughness measurement and machining on lathes and mills is an advantage.

As a person, you are driven and service-oriented with good analytical skills and enjoy working in an environment where you can feel the high pulse of production. You are responsible and organized, and your ability to prioritize work according to the needs of the business is what makes your work stand out. You enjoy working independently, are confident in your role, and find it easy to build trust and collaborate with others. You have good communication skills and are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the Employment

The position involves work that includes defense secrecy and requires Swedish citizenship.

Working hours: Daytime or 2-shift

Employment type: A full-time position that starts with a fixed-term contract but has great potential to transition into a permanent position.

Our production facilities are located in Karlskoga and Filipstad and consist of approximately 85 CNC-controlled machining machines with up to 15 axes. In addition, our facilities are equipped with modern equipment for non-destructive testing and optical measurement. We constantly challenge ourselves to develop and live in a world where changes are seen as improvements.

We deliver products primarily to the defense industry, but also within the energy sector and automotive industry, which places high demands on us as a supplier, and we are certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

We are currently a medium-sized company that has already completed the first part of our growth journey; we know what it takes and have invested significantly in recent years.
